The City of Las Torres de Cotillas, through its Department of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication is conducting a campaign to probe the level of satisfaction of municipal providers.
"Following the EFQM excellence model, we want to know the valuation and the level of satisfaction of our suppliers regarding the services provided, to further improve our standards," says area councilor, Angel M.
Almela.
To do this, this year the Consistory Torreño has innovated by sending to its suppliers' web via a questionnaire, which saves time and cost for both companies and the Consistory. "
This raises questions focused on their views on issues such as the form and terms established in paying bills, accessibility with the City to discuss matters relating to administrative procedures for recruitment, personal attention that contractors receive from the municipal officials, information and conditions to contract with the local government, as well as a general assessment of the supplier on the City Council.
