Joaquin Ramirez Martinez has been graced with the 2,000 euro prize for the raffle organized by the rocks of Cotillas Towers occasion of the festivity 2013, held in honor of the Virgen de la Salceda late last August.
The award was presented on Monday morning October 7 at the Plenary Hall of the City Torreño in a ceremony presided by the local council of Celebration, Isabel Franco, and the president of "Commercial Area Towers" (ACLT), Juan Francisco Jiménez.
