The sorority members "Isabel González" Las Torres de Cotillas received on Thursday afternoon November 7 diplomas for their involvement in a memory workshop event held at the Center for Women, located in the Auditorium Municipal "John Bath" - which was chaired by Councilwoman Torrena Equality, Gloria Fernandez.
Taught for six weeks by a teacher specializing in the field, this course was developed at the Centre for Women with the participation of 38 students.
They learned, among other skills - the functioning of key cognitive processes that further deteriorate with age and held a series of activities to help prevent it.
