That is the average that providers have put the City of Las Torres de Cotillas a score on the survey with the Department of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication Torrena has checked the level of business satisfaction and self-serving to the Consistory Torreño.
"Following the EFQM excellence model, we wanted to know the valuation and the level of satisfaction of our suppliers regarding the services provided, to further improve our standards," says area councilor, Angel M.

The survey, which ended on October 21 after more than a month of checks via email, was attended by 62 municipal providers residing in Cotillas Towers.
Of these, almost 66% gave a rating of 7 or more points, while 24% gave between 5 and 6 points, and 10% gave a score of 5 points.
Thus, the average rating of the City of Towers Cotillas in this survey is 7.41 points, "an enormous satisfaction that still encourages further work to improve service," said Almela.

This survey, which was carried out online to "save time and cost for both companies and the Consistory", posed questions designed to solicit their opinions on issues such as the form and terms established in paying bills, accessibility to the City Council to discuss matters relating to administrative procedures for recruitment, personal treatment that contractors receive from municipal officials, information and conditions to contract with the local government, as well as a general assessment of the supplier on the City Council.
