The "Carmen Montero Medina Foundation" and the City of Las Torres de Cotillas have reconvened a year the "International Poetry Contest Montero Carmen Medina," which this year celebrates its fifth edition.
This poetic competition will present the winner a prize of 500 euros in cash funded by Torreño Consistory and was presented at the Meeting Room of City Hall on Tuesday morning of 3 December Torrena Councillor for Culture, Isabel Franco, and the president of that foundation, Maria Angeles Moragues.
The theme of this essay competition is free and can participate in it-with new works written in Castilian-older writers from all over the world.
The deadline for paper concludes on 21 February and the awards ceremony will take place in Las Torres de Cotillas at a date yet to be determined.
