The Women's Center Towers Cotillas hosted on the morning of Tuesday 17 December a chat with free admission aimed at carers of dependents.
The objective of this proposal was to provide support to this group, providing strategies to help them in their task of caregivers for their loved ones.
In the talk, organized by the Centre for Local Social Services and was given by a psychologist from the company providing the home telecare service in the town, could attend all those interested and have a dependent person in charge.
"It's very important for caregivers of older people in situations of dependency, usually family members, receive training and support to do their work properly," explains Torrena Councillor for Social Services, Fine Almela.
