The Christmas events planned by the Department of Culture and Celebration Cotillas Towers had on the evening of Thursday December 19 as a date of endearing.
And the "Literary Association Las Torres" held at the House of Culture "Pedro Serna" the commemoration of its tenth anniversary, in an act which was presented by Joaquín Cantero, a member of the association, justice of the peace of the municipality and director of the local amateur theater group "Tejuba".
"Ten years have passed since it was founded in 2003, time in which Cotillas Towers has been enjoying the effort, creativity and talent of the members of this active and dynamic partnership," said Councilwoman Torrena Culture, Isabel Franco, who attended the event with large crowds that packed the stalls.
Chaired by popular writer Torreño Salvador Sandoval, the "Literary Association Towers"-ever dunk in the world of letters-developed since 2003 many activities, among which is the issue of a large number of books.
