On Saturday February 15th the paddle of the Municipal Sports Centre hosted the tournament paddle "Valentine's Day 2014" organized by the Department of Sports Torrena in collaboration with the "Las Torres Sports Association" of the municipality.
This championship was played along all morning and involved both mixed and female partners by the game system "all against all".
Finally the pairing of Peter and Vanessa won, his victory won with a romantic dinner at "Taberna El Peque" Torrena locality.
"Competitions like this show that the paddle is fashionable, in our town and in the region, but more importantly, the participants had a great time and enjoyed a splendid morning playing sports," says local Councillor for Sports, Ginés Pérez Iniesta, who attended live some of the games.
