The deadline for submission of papers will close on Friday, 13 June (14 hours) and then the work will be exhibited at "Zankiu" between 16 and 28 June for a vote by the public, who shall select mandatory three of the works presented so that their votes are counted.
Subsequently, the jury will choose the winner from the five works voted by the public.
"The ten most valued works will be presented before the conclusion of the festivities," said Franco, who recalls that the contest rules are available on the municipal website (www.lastorresdecotillas.es).
