The House of Culture "Pedro Serna" Towers Cotillas hosts since last April the free course "Administrative Activities customer relationship" which has 800 classroom hours and morning hours of 9 to 14 hours Monday to Friday.
This initiative, which will last until November 5, teaches his pupils as office work, data recording, foreign or own file management administrative assistant to work in some classes that predominate customer service functions , management of purchases and / or sales, sales support, receptionist or call center operator.
This training, which has 15 students unemployed, has a grant amounting to 49,470 euros from the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment through the Regional Employment and Training (SEF).
This amount is intended to cover the teacher, while the Consistory gives facilities for the course.
Profession with high demand
This training module is encompassed in the professional family of Administration and Management and approved by an official capacity Professionalism Certificate valid throughout the national territory.
