On Tuesday November 4 concluded "Scorecard" course organized by the Department of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication Towers Cotillas, along with the School of Education and Innovation in Public Administration ( EFIAP).
This proposal, which was held at the Multipurpose Center of the pulpit, had a total of 16 classroom hours and involving a total of 35 municipal employees Torreño Consistory.
The closing ceremony was starring Torreño area, Angel M. Almela, and the director of EFIAP Francisco Saavedra.
This course had several objectives: to present the Balanced Scorecard as a management tool in local government, which allows an integrated management approach to municipal services, gazing from all possible angles to get the better strategic positioning of the same;
and involving local government employees in the target representing the dynamic scorecard that clearly have a very positive impact on the quality of services provided analysis.
The Department of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication's main function is deployed in the City of Towers Cotillas the EFQM excellence model as a system of total quality management.
The completion of these actions is to develop and improve training of municipal employees, key criterion in an excellent organization.
