On Thursday November 27 beneficiaries Telecare service Homecare Cotillas Towers participated in a laughter therapy workshop held in the morning at the Women's Center, located in the Municipal Auditorium "Joe Bathroom".
"The day was given by company staff 'Thunstar Televida', which provides this service in the municipality in collaboration with the Department of Social Services," explains the councilor responsible for the area, Fina Almela, who notes that the 12 participants in this experience they enjoyed themselves and showed great acceptance.
The aim of this initiative was to create a breathing space, recreation, fun, relacióny relajacióndurante few hours for these people, who usually live alone and leave little home.
"These workshops are very positive because they serve to release stress and accumulated tension, enhance self-esteem and, above all, have a good time," says Almela.
