The Day Centre for the Elderly in Las Torres de Cotillas hosted on the morning of Friday 5 December a breakfast of coexistence between participants and beneficiaries of the volunteer program coordinated in the town by the local Department of Social Services.
An appointment that is tradition in the town and serves both to celebrate "International Volunteer Day" to "create a more relaxed meeting space usual, thanking the volunteers for their selfless and altruistic work," said Councilwoman Torrena Social Services, Fina Almela, who also participated in coexistence, along with the first deputy mayor, Pedro Cabrera.
This morning session has been entertained musically by components of the Rondalla's own Day Centre, which has accompanied the Cabrera own accordion.
