The Department of Social Services Cotillas Towers is currently holding a free course on job skills for job search, taught by "Gypsy Secretariat Foundation", with the participation of a group of 16 young unemployed without formation.

The students, aged between 16 and 30 years, actively participate in this course which aims to support and empower young people to actively seek employment, fostering personal skills, self-confidence and knowledge of tools basic social and labor development.
"This project is complemented by that of 'Integration of Roma in schools', wherein a social educator performs educational reinforcement with a group of about 30 children," said the councilor responsible for the area, Fina Almela.
This initiative is taught in the evenings and she works with families and school for the full integration of Roma children in the education system.
"Both initiatives are funded 100% by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Institute of Social Action Murciano through 'Gypsy Development Plan', always with the assistance of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas" Almela explains.
