The Department of Sports Cotillas Towers held on Thursday February 12 free refresher course in first aid, aimed at officials and members of various clubs and sports associations of the town.
This training proposal was given by the coordinator of Civil Protection of the town, Manolo Fernandez, on the basis that this body of volunteers available in the town.
They attended twenty monitors that service in the various sports clubs in the town and the course provided basic first aid guidelines as the lateral position of safety, CPR, the Heimlich maneuver or use of defibrillator.

This training is part of the policy of the Department of Sports Torrena encourage a practice of regular, safe and healthy physical activity, constantly preparing local sporting bodies to any incident at a sporting event.
