On Saturday May 9th were held at the Sports City of Las Torres de Cotillas the "12 hours of Tennis XVI" organized by the "Association of Tennis Towers" (ATT).
With the participation of 25 players divided into 5 teams, the competition system was league of all against all.
The winners were the team "B", formed by Francisco Ginés Iniesta, Dani Cañete, Roberto Carlos Espinosa, Pedro Angel Sales and Eustaquio Cascales.
For its part, the runners were Juan Salvador Parraga, Antonio Fuentes, Ginés Pernías, Javier Ortiz and Miguel Molina (team "A").
And in third place was the team "D" formed by Victor Martinez Rivera, Luis Fernandez, Eustaquio Cascales Jr, Sergio and José Belda Jesualdo.
"We have great presence of family and friends, the tournament took place as normal on a hot day and the excitement was present until the last game, where the top two positions that eventually would become worthy of trophies donated was decided by ATT, "said the president of the association Torrena, Pepe Martinez.
A tournament that had the collaboration of "Isabel stylists" and "Pincushion" and the Department of Sports Torrena.
"I want to extend my thanks to ATT for the work done in the city for such a popular sport like tennis, enjoying excellent health," says the mayor of Sports, Ginés Pérez Iniesta.
