On Monday May 25 starts at the Social Center of the neighborhood from the pulpits of Las Torres de Cotillas course "Awareness for labor and sexual harassment", which 25 employees from different municipalities of the Region of Murcia will address.

Organized by the Department of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication the local council, along with the School of Education and Innovation of the Public Administration (EFIAP), this proposal has a total of 20 hours spread over three days attendance which will last until May 27.

Included in the training program of the EFIAP 2015, the year in which 19 employees of the consistory involved torreño- has several objectives: to analyze the fundamental concepts and gender harassment and equal opportunities between men and women;

provide students with tools to detect and intervene in the workplace, in cases of harassment, especially sexual harassment and gender;

and train mediation teams and provided support in the protocols.

The Department of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication Torrena main function display in the City of Las Torres de Cotillas the EFQM excellence model as a system of total quality management.

In this context, the implementation of these actions is intended to enhance and improve the training of municipal employees, key criterion in an excellent organization.
