The mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas, the "popular" Domingo Coronado, has expressed interest in holding a meeting with members of the municipal group of Citizens (C's) to assess and create lines set their electoral programs development, and establish more desirable for residents of the municipality in the face of this legislature 2015-19 criteria.
"On July 2 the full organization of our City will take place before we meet with C's to discuss various topics that provide stability and strength to the municipal government," Coronado, who invited by letter to the mayors at the meeting said, whose celebration will be this Friday, June 26 at 18 am at the headquarters of the PP Torreño (c / Santa Rita, 6).
"Our intention is to agree with the opposition groups all matters necessary to continue to count in Las Torres de Cotillas with a line of dynamic and efficient municipal management, creating jobs and progress for the good of all and torreñas torreños" says the mayor, who has already participated in two roundtables with the three opposition spokesmen Antonio Peñas (PSOE), Pedro Jimenez (C's) and Christopher Vincent (Change Las Torres).
Coronado led the most voted list after the elections on Sunday May 24th (he obtained 3,984 votes, that is, the 43'38% of the votes cast), an election that gave his party a simple majority by the ten councilors achieved, compared with five of the PSOE, four Citizen Change and the two Towers.
On Saturday June 13th he was elected mayor thanks to the votes of councilors, allowing it to form a minority municipal government.
