The Superior Council of Guilds Cotillas Towers opened in the afternoon of Saturday November 21 a diorama about Easter, which aims to show different scenes through the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

This large assembly was blessed by the parish priest of the Church of Our Lady of Salceda, Ismael Sanchez, and can be seen in the permanent exhibition of the Cabildo, located in the old Torreño.

The event, which was chaired by President of the Superior Council of Guilds, Jose Sanchez, and the Councillor for Culture, Maria Isabel Zapata, attended by the presidents of the torreñas guilds.

"We made a first phase in which the crucifixion of Christ is represented," Sanchez explains, "and every year the assembly with the different passages, such as flogging, resurrection, etc. will be expanded."
