The "Master Plan" of improvements and reforms at the Sports City of Las Torres de Cotillas, coordinated by the Department of Sports and Physical Activity and Planning, is in full swing.
This project, for which the proposals and cooperation of clubs and sports associations of the town was also called, aims to improve the various facilities and sports facilities and has an investment of about 400,000 euros.
Among the various activities being carried out include the following: the collapse of the stands and the locker room of the football field with artificial turf, for whose replacement has already installed modules costumes and portable bleachers (which once their function in that area will be transferred to the field of natural grass);
the comprehensive settlement of the football field 7 land, located near the House of Culture "Pedro Serna";
old filling pools, no longer used, to create a new rink, a circuit for driver education and a multipurpose space;
or reinforced existing four paddle courts.

Remember that the Torreño sports center, located in the Catholic Kings Avenue municipality, currently has various facilities, among which are the following: 11 two football fields (one with artificial turf and one with natural grass), four tracks paddle, three tennis courts, a pediment, a climbing wall, a room for table tennis, an area of ​​archery, sauna, multi-area fitness equipment, two pavilions covered an area of ​​skate-board two outdoor sports courts, multipurpose room.
