La Virgen de La Salceda, patron saint of Las Torres de Cotillas, seems to have acquired a taste to parade through the streets of the town with their people and leave the parish church for the second time in less than a week.
And in the afternoon tomorrow, Saturday 6 Sept, his faithful and will draw devotees in procession as they did on the afternoon of Sunday August -31, on the occasion of the festivities of the municipality.
This time, the image of the patron will leave the church of Our Lady the Virgen de la Salceda to see the new chapel of urbanization Torrena El Coto II, which opened on 2 August in a ceremony attended by, among others, the mayor of the town Torrena, Domingo Coronado, the pastor of the church Salceda, Antonio Salvador Perez, and the bishop emeritus of the Diocese of Cartagena, Javier Azagra.
