The wastes are constantly reused in nature, so there is no waste.
That there is what has no value because everything is recycled.
We must unite our efforts and do the same.
That the separation of municipal solid waste in the family home is basic.
These are all ideas that are instilled Torreño schoolchildren participating in the Environmental Awareness Campaign have launched the departments of Education and the Environment, Agriculture and Water Towers Cotillas in primary schools in the municipality .
Focused on the separation of solid waste (MSW) and its management in the EcoPark City, this initiative is aimed at school-level 4 of Primary Education, takes place during school hours and consists of 3 theoretical and practical sessions plus a visit to municipal EcoPark.
Different objectives
This training has several goals, among which the students get closer to nature and conservation, and responsible attitude towards the resources found therein.

"This project seeks to transfer to the school environment a culture of recycling, so that the students apply it in their everyday family life and seek to extend these habits in their immediate environment," said Inmaculada Fernández, Councillor for the Environment, Agriculture and Water.
For his part, Councillor for Education Torreño, Pedro Cabrera, said: "This educational program aims to improve from an early age the relationship of our neighbors to the environment."
