The residents of La Loma, a hamlet of Las Torres de Cotillas, and are more closely their Neighborhood Center.
And they have already begun on the building, which will serve about 200 locals whose execution by contract budget amounts to 325,000 euros (of which € 250,000 will be funded through the Regional Government General Directorate of Local Government).
To check the status of work Torreño Mayor, Domingo Coronado, and Town Planning, Yolanda Muñoz, recently visited the future site of these municipal and confirm that the works could go so fast.
The estimated lead time to do these jobs is 12 months and the site of the future building has an area of almost 300 square meters (298'46 particular), of which the building will occupy 203 m2.
In addition, the environment will have a green area of over 200 square meters (218'68 exactly).
Two multipurpose rooms
Before starting the work on the site was a single floor building in ruins, which had to be demolished as acting pre-construction work.
Thus, the blueprint for the future of La Loma Neighborhood Center provides for the construction of two multipurpose rooms where several activities (70 and 60 square meters), plus an office, toilets, canteen and access area.
