Cotillas Towers received last Saturday 14 March, "XV Diocesan Youth Music Meeting" held in school, "Divine Master" of the municipality.
A musical event, open to all parish youth groups, movements, schools, universities and YMCAs or any other youth group that has religious sensibilities, had this year with the theme "Called to Mission".
The seven participating groups (Chorus Interparroquial Molina de Segura, the Parish Choir La Hoya, the Parish Choir of Our Lady of The Wonders of Cehegín, the Parish Choir San Fulgencio of Cartagena, the Parish Choir of Caravaca de El Salvador the Cross, St. Benedict's Parish Choir and the Choir of Murcia Parish of Our Lady of La Salceda de Las Torres de Cotillas) were represented in his songs, which should be original and unpublished and revolve around the central theme of the event, the evangelizing and missionary dimension you want to characterize the diocesan youth gatherings.
Anthem
The jury was made by Councilman Torreño Youth, Pedro Cabrera, and personalities of the municipality and the region related to the world of music.
The awards were divided into four categories: the best lyrics, the best music, the best performance or staging, and the best song of the contest prize will be the official anthem of "XXX Diocesan Youth Gathering 2009" , to be held on March 29 at the Shrine of the Fuensanta.
Notably, each subject chose only one award (they could not be cumulative) and that it is a work of evangelization, no cash prizes were awarded.
