The mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas, Domingo Coronado, visited Thursday April 2 construction of the new City Hall is being erected on the street D'Stoup of the town and will soon become the new Town Hall of Torreño .
During the visit, carried out to verify in situ the state in which they are the future work of the Consistory, the mayor Torreño was accompanied by the Councillor for Urbanism of the municipality, Yolanda Muñoz, other members of the local corporate and municipal technicians and by those responsible for the company Ploder (construction and awarded the contract) and project managers developed by the architectural firm AD HOC Murcia.
The new town hall will have a total area of 7,832 meters square of floor space, a building that will be distributed in six plants (two type basement) and that will bring together the all municipal services to provide better service to citizens.
By modernity
The new City Hall will replace the existing, built in 1970, and has remained small due to the increasing population of the municipality, and the assumption of new powers have also led to an increase in staff, so it was necessary to expand headquarters Hall.
The project, developed by a team of architects Murcia AD HOC MSL, includes the construction of this building in the neighborhood of a recently developed space that will also include parks and gardens, shopping areas and housing and 142 parking spaces.
