Under a sunny morning, inviting into the street to enjoy the last day of Holy Week, Las Torres de Cotillas has experienced the joy of Easter Sunday.
It has started early morning with Mass in the Parish of Our Lady of Salceda and then lived the traditional, colorful, and massive act of meeting (with its popular caramel).
Then, the streets have Torrena host the Procession of the Risen One, in which the eight guilds of the town have shown to the audience crowded around the course the joy that is the Resurrection of Christ, in a parade this year has launched a new image that carried the brotherhood of the Holy Christ of the Flagellation, the "Apparition of the Risen Christ to Saint Thomas, blessed on 7 March.
A Eucharist which was held in the parish of Our Lady of the Assumption of the pulpit has finished acts by Easter 2009 in Las Torres de Cotillas.
