The PSOE Cotillas Towers, through its municipal spokesman, the City Council has requested information about the status of payments under the commitments made by the promoters of planning agreements.
For its part, the secretary general of the Socialist Torreño, Antonio Peñas, wants to show its concern about the state of revenue from these agreements, because they represent approximately 40% of the budgets of the Consistory Torreño.
"The Socialists have serious doubts that such payments have been made in a timely manner, particularly the second one, which should have made a provisional approval of the General Urban Plan, approval came in July 2008 as BORM dated September 8.

We understand that it must arbitrate and propose solutions to them, always with transparency and without the Torreño have to suffer the consequences of such breaches.
