A total of 40 civil servants and policy of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas begin today a training course on "Process management" included in the program "Training a la Carte 2009" that the Presidential and Public Administration develops through the Directorate General of Local Government.
The director general of Local Government, Javier Iniesta, and the local mayor, Domingo Coronado, inaugurated the course which will be held at the Multipurpose Center of the pulpits and which aims to improve the quality of the services provided to citizens.
The course has a total of 30 hours, 18 classroom and 12 online.
According Iniesta, this course is an "innovative tool in the management of public services, including training on the block to the Charter drafted by the Local Training School."
Iniesta recalled that "devote significant resources to the training of municipal officials and policy makers in the municipalities, to consider issues of concern here, process management, seeking only the management efficiency."
The director general said the letter formation is one of the training blocks of the School of Local Government that is prepared in collaboration with local councils.
"These are courses that combine co-finance and consultancy and training."
More specialized courses often looking to advance in municipal management.
Have been conducted over 90 courses a year of benefiting some 2000 staff.
