On the morning of Tuesday 5 May, the mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas, Domingo Coronado, the director general of Local Government Regional Government, Javier Iniesta, and Councilman Torreño Personal, Angel González, officially inaugurated the "Course process management "that has begun in the civic center of the hamlet Torrena from the pulpits.
Thus, this course will be 30 hours and was developed between May and June at face level (18 hours in 5 sessions) and on-line (12 hours) for the preparation of case studies.
This proposal, attended by 40 people, including elected officials of the Municipal Corporation and Town Hall employees, has an Internet platform through which students can access the documentation.
The aim, to improve
This course, taught by Joaquin Uris, the aim is to set the City Torreño to improve the quality of services provided to citizens, for what made "Improvement Plan 2008-09."
This project includes, as an area for improvement, the goal of "Developing a Business Process Management and Balanced Scorecard" to what is necessary to train municipal staff in "Business Process Management."
A training which is included in the program "Training a la Carte 2009" of the Directorate General of Local Government Regional Government.
