The Ministry of the Presidency and government has subsidized with 149,520 euros to the City of Las Torres de Cotillas for the acquisition of new premises for activities of social and municipal.

The director general of Local Government, Javier Iniesta, and the mayor of Las Torres de Cotillas, Domingo Coronado, inaugurated this afternoon the new site whose purchase has been funded by the Autonomous Community in its entirety, under the Local Cooperation Fund 2008.

According to Javier Iniesta, "it is a room for workshops and municipal that was being sued by the neighbors of Los Vicentes long."

The director general noted that "neighborhood associations thus have a conditioned space to develop all kinds of workshops and meetings."

Iniesta said that "the Local Cooperation Fund account in 2009 with one million euros and through these items are also financed municipal projects like the one we are inaugurating today."
