A year representation of students of the school "Zweites Gymnasium Rottenburg (Germany) is these days in Las Torres de Cotillas to mark the student exchange program since 2007 have with IES Salvador Sandoval" local.
Conducted within the project "Comenius" funded by the European Union, a total of 12 schoolchildren in each country, aged between 14 and 17 years involved in this proposal.
This year the exchange falls under the title "Sun and Water: Challenges and Solutions" and it sets students complete written work and activities for implementation.
In this line, the Spanish students were in Germany between 18th and June 30th for the practical work of that country.
Now through October 19th, the German kids held in Las Torres de Cotillas practical work relating to Spain.
Among the activities in Spain, schoolchildren visit the desalination of Mazarrón, Museo de la Huerta Sewer and the Museum of the Mills River Segura in Murcia.
The program involves, in addition, four German and Spanish teachers, and next November, the director of IES Torreño will travel to Germany to visit the center's director Germany and exchange information on programs and forms of organization of both institutions.
