On the morning of Friday November 4 pupils from three schools in Las Torres de Cotillas have celebrated the 31st anniversary of the Spanish Constitution with a visit to the local council.
And is that the local education council, Pedro Cabrera, has received a group of pupils from these schools in the Plenary Hall of the small municipal councilors felt for a day.
Thus, the schools participating in this initiative have been the "Monte Azahar" (4 th High School), "The Park (5 and 6 Primary) and the" Cervantes "(5 º and 6 º of Primary.)
During his visit, the small ones have received an explanation from the mayor Torreño on the Constitution (its meaning, its importance, its value ...) and operation policy of the municipality, and they, in turn, have made proposals to improve the municipality.
"It is essential that our young people understand the important role that our Constitution has played and plays in our democratic system.
Proposals such as these allow it to approach it in a fun and practical, "said Cabrera.
