The Housing and Land Institute (IVS), under the Ministry of Public Works and Planning, tendering the sale of a plot in the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas to promote new housing for young people in sales regime.

The new housing will be located in a square plot of 1,483 meters on the street Mouflon, s / n, in the urbanization "El Coto II", made available to the IVS by the City Council of the municipality for the processing, selection and recruitment of promoter contractor.
The project includes a budget of 160,676 euros bid, plus VAT, taxes and transfer costs.
"With the transfer of this parcel to the Community is intended to meet the needs of Murcia while facilitating their access to decent housing," concluded Brown.
Companies that wish to apply for land acquisition can apply until 28 December on the premises of the IVS, in Plaza de Santoņa, 6, 5th floor.
