From early morning Friday, January 22 schoolchildren Cotillas Towers is donning his clothes and sneakers to face a new test edition of the Cross School to be held one year on the grounds of "The Play" in front the municipal sports center.
The race, organized by the Department of Sports Torrena will begin around 10:30 pm and will feature over five hundred students from nine schools in the municipality.
The test is divided into various categories to be played in stages, depending on the age and sex of participants.
Thus, the fry will travel 950 meters in the female category (10:30 hours) and 1,200 meters for men (10'50 hours.)
For its part, the female participants in children, cadets and youth will complete a distance of 1,200 meters (11'15 hours), while boys run 1,900 meters on the children's category (11'40 hours.)
To complete the various tests, the cadets and young boys will travel 2,150 meters (12 hours).
Trophy
The trophies and medals, which participate Torreño Councillor for Sports, Juan Carlos Martinez, will take place at around 12.30 hours.
Thus, presented trophies to the top three participants in each category and medals to the two ranked teams (five runners) and a trophy, souvenir to each participating school.
